The responsibilities of SMCP include the use and assignment of campus space, planning for capital projects, and the development of the capital improvement program.

Please note that the Capital Improvement Program for non-state funded projects has been amended with the new guidelines below. There is no process change related to this policy amendment.

Minor Capital projects:  Total budget $35,000 to $750,000*
Major Capital projects:  Total budget $750,001 to $5,000,000*

*All projects involving Chancellorial residences or offices require special approvals.
